Early Mornings
Walk down to the Loggos bakeries for warm bread, croissants, or spinach & filo pie
Early swim at Kipiadi Beach — glassy water, the largest beach on Paxos with beautiful smooth pebbles (see if you can find one shaped like an egg!)
Coffee and fresh orange juice at Roxi Bar or Le Rocher, with a swim from their tiny beach — heavenly
Beach Days
Marmari Beach – yoga, swimming and picnics under olive trees (about a 20minute walk from the villa)
Harami Beach (Lakka) – pebbles then sand, ideal for children, relaxed lunches

Anti Paxos – an easy boat trip from Gaios square, or hire your own boat (no licence needed under 30hp) Bella Vista 📞 697 354 2140 has the most amazing views on Voutoumi, (the second beach) – up 220 steps! But they can arrange a taxi from the port, and we love Spyros Restaurant on Vrika beach (the first beach)
Slow days
Yoga on the villa’s yoga deck with breathtaking views

Day trip to Anti Paxos — turquoise water and beach tavernas
Kayaks & paddleboards from Lefcothea (Lakka) or we have 4 paddleboards at the villa. NB. let me if you would like to borrow the re-chargeable pump. Drive down to Levrechio beach with the paddle board and park behind the restaurant then pump up the board and go around the nearby little coves and beaches with a picnic.
Watersports, skiing, banana rides Aeolus on Kaki Lagkada beach
Sunset and evenings
Sunset drinks at Erimitis Bar — arrive early for a table; the views are unforgettable
Predinner drink at Bournaos, one of the oldest cafés in Greece (also serves light food)
Captain Nikos 📞 693 289 5489 often does Stargazing boat trips and you can also hire day boats from him.
Island evenings
Loggos – drinks at Roxi Bar or Le Rocher dinner at Vasilis 📞 2662 030062 (another top class restaurant), Itaglieri – lovely small genuine Italian restaurant up a side street behind Vasilis. Good value and delicious. Nassos, (medium price) with the lovely Dina, El Toro 📞 2662 031600 they make great Giros for 5 euros. Delicious meat which they ship from their butcher business in Athens. (inexpensive) and many others
Gaios – shopping, wandering and dinner at Koyzina, Mambo, Mediterraneo (and many more)
Lakka – ice cream in the square, drinks at Fannis, dinner at Mandie’s inexpensive with a wonderful view of Lakka (one of our favourites) 📞 697 691 8947. or Diogenis genuinely good Greek food 📞 2662 031442

Simple pleasures
